We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Haute Decor ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities in the near future.
